REFUND POLICY

TRADE FIRST ACADEMY, LLC Refund Policy

TRADE FIRST, LLC has a No Refund Policy. When purchasing a membership and/or a subscription with Trade First Academy, you are required to certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to our no refund policy, cancellation policy, terms & conditions, policies & procedures, etc. Upon purchase, you agree to pay for the chosen services on a four week (exactly 28 days), subscription-based billing cycle and for Trade First Academy to charge your account for any purchased services as well as any additional fees that may be accrued by your purchase including, but not limited to, taxes, fees, etc. Prices for our services may change at any time, and the services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event that price is reduced, increased, or changed in any way. Any and all transactions conducted are final. You may view your next billing date for your Trade First Academy subscriptions at any time from your personal Trade First Academy Back Office. You are responsible for canceling your membership in a timely manner prior to your next billing date. Previously completed payments are non-refundable unless applicable to our initial ten-day satisfaction guarantee.

METHODS OF CANCELLATION:

1. Cancel Online

You can log in to your Trade First Academy account and cancel your subscription. 

IMPORTANT CANCELLATION DISCLOSURE:

If you elect to cancel from Trade First Academy, you will have to pay $134.99 for the recurring subscription fee plus a $59.99 nonrefundable reinstatement fee (total $194.98) to reactivate the account. Trade First Academy’s services revolve around the release of intellectual property and often involve independent contractor commissions so in an effort to protect ourselves we strictly abide by our refund policy and do not make exceptions. Note: You must wait at least six (6) months from the date that your account is cancelled to rejoin and change affiliates.
